Return Window

We offer a 30 day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: Because we sell ingestible supplement products, we do not accept returns of opened products for safety and quality control reasons.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@avierafit.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photo documentation to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplement products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must remain unopened and unused to qualify.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
